Exquisitely designed and housed in a former Grade II listed Victorian fire station in Marylebone, Chiltern Firehouse took London by storm when it opened in 2013, playing host to everyone from Bill Clinton to Kate Moss. An ultra-high-end hotel and restaurant with exacting clientele and very high standards throughout, Chiltern Firehouse was the first André Balazs property in the UK.
Chiltern Firehouse was designed in conjunction with the French architects Studio KO and includes bar areas, a restaurant, brasserie, a busy open kitchen and 26 exquisite suites.
System Five, a 4energy group company, were very proud to be associated with this luxury development and worked closely with the main contractor Knight Harwood to deliver the project.
Having designed and installed a Trend based building management system, we have continued to work with Chiltern Firehouse as their incumbent service provider, fine tuning their system and ensuring their building operates at peak efficiency. Our engineers work closely with the building’s Director of Engineering, providing them with a reactive round the clock 24 hour call out service to ensure flawless operation.
