The BEMS industry is ideally placed to play a role in this by improving air quality, carbon reduction and operating efficiencies – all of which will improve the quality of lives for individuals, communities and businesses.
A well-designed and maintained BEMS can help to ensure that ventilation systems provides the correct levels of fresh air, that filtration is up to standard and can also raise alarms well ahead of any loss of comfort conditions.
A healthy clean air environment will help improve occupants productivity and reduce absence through illness and there are obvious cost benefits to this, aside from doing “the right thing” in taking good care of your employees.
